Main Points of the Speech:
- How to manage with, and by trust?
- How an atmosphere of trust emerges in a company.
- How an atmosphere of trust affects innovation output.
- A Case Study
Short Summary of the Speech:
Linking innovation and trust represents
for many, who strive to increase innovation output, new thinking patterns. But, if the success factors of innovation management are analysed based on the trust element, then it becomes
apparent, that if this factor
is disregarded, as can be
seen in many companies, the innovation output will remain unsatisfactory. Because the factors that determine the atmosphere of trust also impact innovation output:
Constant values, living up to
promises and commitments, being realistic regarding the opportunities and risks assessment,
precise communication, clear role set-up.
